Betsy, I admire you so much. You have endless energy. I have never canned anything and I guess I am to old to start now..Those tomatoes look so good and I'm sure the pears will too. They always look so pretty (decor wise) lined up on a pantry shelf!..Happy Weekend..xxoJudy

Those will taste so good this winter. I don't can anymore, I freeze. It's so much less work.
