Stained Glass

I love stained glass,  especially the way the morning light shines through the yellow and orange colors.
Pictured is one of two in my sister's kitchen window.  She drew and enlarged the pattern to fit.  There is a shade at top of  window  to pull at night for privacy
there are two windows in the kitchen with the same glass,  the clearer glass at the base is where she sits her Christmas candle, can be seen nicely from outside

This one is in the bathroom upstairs

This is a mosaic stained glass window that I made for her garden , she is going to hang it when she finishes with the supports for it.

My favorite colors - red and pink

Betsy -

Stained glass windows are a sight to behold. We have a few, original to the house. I am in awe of the mosaic window you created for your sister. Your photograph of the bee balm and cone flowers could have been snapped in my garden.

Die Fenster sind sehr schön, ich kann gar nicht glauben, dass Du sie selber gemacht hast.

Betsy, Love that stained glass window you made - Wow! Love that you are close to both the beach and the mountains; what a privilege. Your photos are well-done and I look forward to exploring your blog! Thanks for your visit and happy 4th!
Blessings, Beth
