Inspired Sunday's - Bowling Green Church

Bowling Green Baptist Church in the town of Bowling Green is located in Caroline County Va..
Fort  A.P. Hill   is very near here.
A pretty area with some  historical  homes lining the streets.
I have to say  "they just don't make them like they used too".

A pretty roof with gorgeous stained glass arched windows
Very fine bell tower

A little closer look at the glass and the cross in the center

I am sharing with Inspired Sunday

you aren't kidding. wow, what a beauty this week. love those windows. & the shingle details.

the hubby wanted to do that on our home but never did. that would be awesome to have a flower on our roof. super neat. ( :

Wow! That is impressive, right down to the details on the bell tower and corner mini spire.

Thanks for sharing it in InSPIREd Sunday this week!

So much great detail, but still clean design, in this building. An unusual shaped dome bell tower accented by the different shingle patterns. I would think that the sanctuary would be just beautiful inside when the light comes through these windows.
