Happy to see that my pot of hollyhock is still thriving this third season

I am happier among the flowers outside today in the sunshine.

Mostly pictures of the past week

Wow, it's been chilly here most days.  Not good planting weather.  Did get a few things done in yard and I threw out seeds in  flower beds.  Hopefully they will come up and fill in. Not planning on purchasing many plants this year.  Only veggies mostly.  Tomato plants are higher this year at some about 4 dollars a plant.  I did luck out and find a local stand with plants in the 4 cell package for around $2.97 there about.  I look forward to seeing how this cuke produces in pots.

Sweet peas in a pot and there are pods I see
Mock orange

Some peonies and fringe tree clipping on my table

Strawberries coming in.

My Mothers Day flowers still looking so pretty.

Girl got a new do.

Happy Mothers day

We have been feeling very ill for the last week.  There seems to be a change in that we are getting much better.   I didn't want the children coming in nowhere near us.

They left lovely bouquet of flowers, some yummy Publix Minestrone soup and good cannelloni filled with cheesecake filling.

Leaving my flowers on porch is best thing when not wanting others to get sick.  They are all feeling better now too, Thank God.

I took this picture of a painting while having dinner a few weeks ago. I feel I resemble him.

Hoping to be able to visit my Mom next week for sure.

Til next time, Betsy
