grand girls. Patriotic town that's for sure and such friendly people. We stayed in Woodstock Va. We then ventured to other areas the next two day. Woodstock is in the county seat of Shenandoah County since county's formation in 1772.

Woodstock is such a lovely town as you have featured in your photos, Betsy. I really enjoyed reading about Pac-Man. I'm so glad you and the grands had such a nice trip. The weather looks perfect. I'm really excited about the cooler days ahead. Enjoy your week.

DeleteGreat post... I love checking out the little towns in our country.... SO peaceful and patriotic.... When we were in the Shenandoahs in August-- we drove on the back roads through the Valley.... Some fantastic little towns --and of course, the farms and ranches.... LOVE that area.
