Few images of spring -
Now to keep the dogs in neighborhood from using boxwoods as a urinal and cats to stop using fresh dirt in flower beds as a toilet, ugh - irritating.
The dogwoods are not as pretty as they were years passed. They need some serious trimming or just take down and replant with something else. A few trees in the yard need to come down, it's an old neighborhood and these trees would not be planted in newer ones as the roots just run for miles it seems and blocks out much needed sun.

I love the flowering spring trees, but, unfortunately, I don't have any. Do have the crepe myrtle but it blooms later. We planted a dogwood when we first moved here but for some reason it didn't make it..I hate when people let their dogs run free and they poop all over your yard. Cats are a problem too, but don't know how to get rid of them. I think there is some kind of nasty smelling stuff to put around your plants, but don't know if it works or not..Hope you are having a good weekend..Judy
Loved your photos Betsy. I haven't seen any dogwoods around here yet. I always look forward to seeing them.
Hi Betsy, I think your Dogwoods are pretty, I like how they look when they are scraggly. I bought a little one last year but it has not bloomed yet. Cats were using one of my back flowerbeds as their litterbox and my dog would eat it so I put fencing around it and that stopped that! Have a great weekend!
