I found this bread recipe while surfing the web . Jim Laheys no knead bread., the crust is crunchy. My husband liked it toasted under the broiler with butter. It is so good with cheese and spreads. I may put some garlic in my next loaf, as I really like garlic.
after 18 hours and a few turnings
browned beautifully
couldn't wait , had to slice off a few pieces
had it with snacks when I had company on monday
What beautiful looking bread! I have a book about no-knead breads. That is my goal for the year, to become a bread baker!

Hi! Just found your blog. I love making breads and try to do so often. It will be nice to have your recipe on hand too.
